A leading regional firm is expanding its thriving Leasehold Enfranchisement Department and is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a flourishing practice area at a pivotal time in its growth. You will act for both freehold landlords and leaseholders, handling a broad range of enfranchisement matters. The successful candidate will ideally bring a minimum of 3 years’ PQE but this role is also open to those with much more experience who can demonstrate a proven track record, whether through an established client following or reliable referral sources.
