Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver education projects (particularly schools, including DfE-led schemes)
- Manage multiple/complex projects through all RIBA stages
- Direct and mentor junior architects
- Lead client meetings, presentations + stakeholder engagement
- Manage project finances, fees + profitability
- Contribute to winning new work + supporting business growth
Qualifications
- RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven track record delivering schools projects (DfE experience ideal)
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience on projects £5m–£20m in value
- Ability to manage teams + build strong client relationships
- Knowledge of MMC, refurbishment + retrofit approaches
- Bonus: Experience with SEN, Further or Higher Education projects, and Technical Advisor roles
