Head of Strategic Accounts – 3PL — Nter Talent is supporting our client, a market-leading 3PL provider, in their search for a strategic and relationship-driven Head of Strategic Accounts. If you’re passionate about building lasting client partnerships, driving value, and ensuring customers stay for the long haul, this is your chance to shape client success.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning key client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact.
- Developing retention strategies to maximise contract renewals and long-term revenue.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Collaborating with operations to ensure service excellence and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitoring account performance and implementing proactive improvements.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in account management or client success leadership, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Strategic thinker who can balance growth with customer satisfaction.
Compensation
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 plus a performance bonus.
