Head of Business Development – Notorious DIT
Notorious DIT is hiring a Head of Business Development to lead global growth, win new business and strategic partnerships across UK, Ireland, Malta and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships across the UK and international markets
- Lead sales strategy, pipeline development, and high-value commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain senior relationships with producers, studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
- Collaborate with the Molinare Creative Group leadership team on strategic growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Identify new markets, territories, and partnerships to support international expansion
- Represent Notorious DIT at industry events and act as a senior brand ambassador
- Align closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and continuous service improvement.
About You
- Proven track record in senior business development or sales leadership within film, TV, or post-production industries
- Strong understanding of DIT, dailies, and production workflows, with the ability to translate technical services into commercial opportunities
- Strong network across production, studios, and streaming platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with success in closing high-value deals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and unlock new market opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for innovation in production workflows and technology.
