The Opportunity

As the organisation expands globally, you will take ownership of the end-to-end enterprise marketing engine, ensuring demand is created, qualified and converted with urgency and precision within a long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

You will build on what is working, refine what is not, and introduce greater sophistication, pace and accountability to enterprise growth execution.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will strengthen the bridge between Sales and Marketing and ensure no high-value opportunity loses momentum.

What You Will Drive

Enterprise Pipeline Acceleration

  • Strengthen the conversion of inbound and outbound enterprise interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Introduce sharper qualification, clearer handover processes, and a greater pace in enterprise follow-up.
  • Improve website-to-opportunity performance and ensure digital engagement translates into meaningful commercial dialogue.
  • Align strategic account targeting with broader marketing execution.

Enterprise Positioning & Commercial Narrative

  • Elevate product and market messaging for regulated financial institutions.
  • Develop compelling, senior-level sales materials that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Ensure positioning reflects the priorities of core banking clients, including risk, compliance, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Bring genuine domain fluency to how the organisation presents itself externally.

Leadership & Execution

  • Work alongside an established Head of Marketing and a collaborative commercial team.
  • Lead and develop a small outbound marketing/lead generation function.
  • Personally shape key materials, oversee campaign execution, and maintain discipline across SEO, analytics, and digital performance.
  • Operate as a player-coach, strategic in direction, hands-on in delivery.

This is a growth leadership role, not a passive oversight position.

What You Bring

  • Deep experience within core banking, banking infrastructure, or regulated fintech (essential).
  • A solid track record driving enterprise marketing in long-cycle, high-value B2B environments.
  • Enterprise product marketing capability with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience improving lead qualification, conversion discipline, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Commercial urgency and confidence in elevating standards across teams.
  • Experience leading small teams while remaining operationally credible.
