Commercial Contracts Lawyer – Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Working

Sellick Partnership is supporting a Local Authority in Essex with recruitment for a permanent Commercial Contracts Lawyer. The successful candidate will join the Legal Services team on a hybrid basis, with office attendance required for 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of contract and procurement matters
• Providing expert legal advice and support on contracts, including for complex and high-value matters
• Providing procurement advice and working closely with the procurement department

Experience/Qualifications

• Prior experience in Commercial Contracts and procurement law
• Understanding of Local Government law
