The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broadand varied role.
- The role will suit someone with experience in leading a variety of M&A transactions including share/asset sales and purchases and management buy-outs. The role will also include undertaking corporate reorganisations (such as demergers), drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association, advising on corporate governance issues and advising on private equity transactions.
- Some management experience would be of benefit. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy and will be encouraged to proactively support the team’s business development activities.
