I am working with a highly regarded Corporate law practice led by former City partners, recognised for its commercial focus, technical strength and consistently high standard of client service. The team advises a broad national and international client base, including mid‑market and listed companies, founders and investors, on complex and often high‑value transactions. Its work spans acquisitions and disposals, cross‑border matters, restructurings, share capital reorganisations and corporate finance, with a strong reputation for handling sophisticated and strategically important deals.

This role is ideally suited to a senior corporate solicitor seeking to play a meaningful leadership role within a collaborative team. You will take responsibility for managing complex transactions, acting as a trusted adviser to key clients, and contributing to business development and relationship‑building initiatives. In addition, you will mentor and support junior lawyers, helping shape technical standards and team development, while working closely with partners and specialists across the firm to deliver integrated, commercial solutions. The position offers London‑quality corporate work, a strong pipeline of transactions and a supportive environment that values autonomy, leadership and long‑term career progression.
