Solution engineer

Job Description

As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time, within budget, and scope. Your main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales teams during the pre‑sales phase to define customer needs and demonstrate our solutions’ value.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Gather, lead, and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare key‑account rollouts.
• Coordinate the various steps of the process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to share with clients and internal staff.
• Report and, when necessary, escalate issues to management.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).
• Self‑sufficient, self‑starter with proven success taking ownership of project management.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Professional background within the retail industry is appreciated.
