SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Recruiting and Onboarding

A fantastic new SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant role has arisen, within a leading global consulting business.

Responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise within the Recruiting and Onboarding modules (RCM / ONB) of SAP SuccessFactors, working with a variety of customers, supporting them on major HR transformation journeys.

Requirements / Qualifications

• In-depth SAP SuccessFactors functional expertise
• Strong Recruiting and Onboarding experience
• Full lifecycle project experience
• Any pre-sales / consulting skills and experience (advantageous)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• UK wide locations considered with flexibility to travel circa 3 days per week
• Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC or DV level); British passport holder; no travel outside the UK for more than 28 days consecutively
