THE ROLE
Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team is looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Disputes Solicitor to their growing practice. The appointed Solicitor will be advising on a range of high‑value and complex disputes, including professional negligence claims, commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and contractual disputes.
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE who have experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. Ideally you will have gained exposure to a varied caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and general disputes advisory work. You should have a team‑oriented approach and strong communication skills, together with experience of supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
