Business Development Manager – Modern Apprenticeships
Location: Glasgow (Office-based initially, with scope for hybrid working)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

The Role
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Scotland
- Promoting Modern Apprenticeship programmes to employers across a range of sectors
- Building strong relationships with new clients and understanding their workforce needs
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing dealsSupporting clients in creating sustainable talent pipelines through apprenticeships
- Working towards and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Developing your own client portfolio, with ongoing account management responsibilities
