General Manager, Quidco – London, Dean Street
This role is based at our London HQ in Soho (Dean Street), with a hybrid working model (around 40% in the office). Occasional travel to Manchester and Ewloe will also be required.
Responsibilities
- Setting and owning the long‑term vision and strategy for Quidco and the Cashback & Rewards vertical.
- Leading, developing and working with a high‑performing leadership team across commercial, marketing and product disciplines.
- Owning revenue and gross profit performance, with a strong grip on weekly trading and KPIs.
- Turning insight, data and market trends into clear commercial opportunities and investment cases.
- Working closely with Product and Marketing teams in a matrix environment to drive delivery.
- Presenting performance, strategy and new initiatives to the Group Executive Board.
- Building trusted senior relationships with partners to unlock new value and stronger outcomes.
- Balancing in‑year delivery with long‑term strategic resilience.
