What you’ll be doing:

• Managing recruitment across multiple clients in the UK & Europe
• Delivering across both contract and permanent hiring
• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to offer & close
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise on hiring strategy and best practice
• Leading end-to-end hiring projects and hosting hiring events
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting in one or more of the following verticals – Tech, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, Operations
• Ideally, some in delivery focused role at an agency or RPO/embedded experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills (comfortable with senior leaders)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp
