What you’ll be doing:
- Managing recruitment across multiple clients in the UK & Europe
- Delivering across both contract and permanent hiring
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to offer & close
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise on hiring strategy and best practice
- Leading end-to-end hiring projects and hosting hiring events
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting in one or more of the following verticals – Tech, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, Operations
- Ideally, some in delivery focused role at an agency or RPO/embedded experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills (comfortable with senior leaders)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp
