A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Partner to join its growing and ambitious finance team. This is a key strategic hire offering the opportunity to lead on high-value domestic and cross‑border finance transactions while playing a significant role in the continued expansion of the practice.

The Role

  • Advising lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters
  • Leading complex transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending
  • Drafting and negotiating finance documentation and security arrangements
  • Advising on refinancing, restructuring, and syndicated lending transactions
  • Managing and developing key client relationships and referral networks
  • Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting wider team development
  • Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
  • Collaborating with Corporate, Real Estate, and Restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary matters
