What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive your new business development strategy—generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts.
• Receive 1–2 warm leads/month via the business development team—but you’re expected to be proactive and self‑sufficient in pipeline creation.
• Use multi‑channel outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex printing packaging needs.
