This role requires attendance to our Cardiff office once weekly

We’re looking for a People Partner specialising in Change and Organisational Development to help shape how our organisation evolves.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of transformation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver change that not only drives business performance but also strengthens our culture and improves the experience of our colleagues and customers.

If you’re motivated by making change land well — not just on paper, but in how people feel and work every day — this role offers real scope to influence and make a difference.

Why this role matters

Change is constant in our organisation — from growth and restructuring to evolving how we serve customers. How we deliver that change matters.

In this role, you will:

  • Help leaders make better, more people-focused decisions
  • Ensure change is delivered in a way that is thoughtful, inclusive, and sustainable
  • Balance commercial outcomes with colleague experience and risk
  • Build capability so teams can navigate change with confidence

Your work will directly shape how our people experience transformation — and ultimately how successfully we deliver for our customers.

What you’ll be accountable for

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver organisation-wide change and transformation
  • Ensure change lands effectively, with clear plans that balance business outcomes, risk, and colleague experience
  • Design practical approaches to change, including tools, frameworks, and communications that support consistency
  • Build capability in leaders, coaching them to lead through change with confidence and clarity
  • Proactively identify risks and impacts, supporting smooth delivery including consultation and employee relations considerations
  • Use data and insight to track impact, improve outcomes, and continuously evolve how we approach change

What success looks like

  • Change is delivered smoothly, with minimal disruption and strong colleague engagement
  • Leaders feel confident and supported in leading through transformation
  • Risks are anticipated and managed effectively
  • Change approaches are consistent, scalable, and continuously improving

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading or supporting organisational change, transformation, or restructuring
  • Strong stakeholder skills — able to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior leaders
  • Confidence navigating complex people impacts, including consultation and employee relations considerations
  • A commercial mindset, balancing business outcomes with people experience
  • Ability to turn strategy into clear, practical actions

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a regulated or complex environment
  • Experience developing change or organisational development approaches (frameworks, toolkits, interventions)
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPD)

Why join us

  • Be part of meaningful, organisation-wide transformation
  • Work directly with senior leaders and shape key decisions
  • Help build a more resilient, adaptable, and people-focused organisation
  • Opportunity to develop your impact in change and OD at scale
  • Flexible, supportive environment focused on growth and inclusion

We welcome different perspectives

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.

Benefits

  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when you join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.
