Job Description:

Build and lead the founding sales organization for a product that’s redefining talent acquisition.

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams
  • Proven track record building teams from scratch or scaling teams 3x+
  • Experience managing $5M+ in team quota with consistent attainment
  • Track record of promoting team members and developing future leaders
  • AI & Technical Fluency
  • Deep curiosity about AI – you understand how models work, not just what they do
  • Ability to coach reps on translating technical concepts into business value
  • Comfort discussing AI capabilities, limitations, and competitive differentiators
  • Experience selling technical or data-driven products (AI/ML strongly preferred)
  • Operational Excellence
  • Mastery of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
  • Strong analytical skills – you use data to make decisions, not just report results
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and revenue intelligence tools
  • Player-coach mentality – you’ll close deals alongside your team while building systems
  • Magnetic leadership style that attracts top talent and inspires high performance
  • Direct communicator who gives honest feedback and demands accountability
