CEO, Maritime Training Platform & Growth Leader

Union Maritime is seeking a CEO / MD for SeaLearn, a new maritime training venture aimed at educating the next generation of seafarers. Based in London with significant operations in Nigeria, the role involves strategy formulation, P&L responsibility, and team leadership, aligning with the mission to train 10,000 officers by 2050.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in maritime training or shipping, a deep understanding of regulations, and a proven commercial track record.
