Interim People Partner | Employee Relations Lead (6m)

Morgan Law client is seeking an Interim People Partner for a not-for-profit organization in Berkshire. This role is fixed-term for 6 months, offering a salary of £45,000 per year on a hybrid work basis, with 2 to 3 days in the office.

The successful candidate will focus on Employee Relations case work, developing relationships with managers, and coaching them on ER issues. Candidates based in Reading, Slough, Wokingham, and Windsor areas are encouraged to apply.
