We provide safe, supportive accommodation for young women aged 16–25 who are experiencing homelessness, are care leavers, or unaccompanied asylum seekers. Our work is rooted in compassion, respect, and a commitment to helping young women build independent, fulfilling futures.

About the Role

• Shape and deliver our strategic vision
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred services
• Lead and inspire a committed staff team
• Oversee financial sustainability and growth
• Build partnerships and represent Elpis externally

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining strategy, people management, and service delivery.

About You

• Senior management experience in social care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and organisational performance
• A commitment to supporting vulnerable young people
• The ability to lead through complexity and drive improvement
• A relevant degree plus management qualification or SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) and PVG membership are essential
