The Senior Director, Global Marketing Planning drives the strategic planning, alignment, and orchestration of marketing initiatives across the full owned–earned–shared–paid ecosystem. The focus is on developing cohesive global brand experiences while sparking audience-relevant strategies that support active consumer growth and long-term sales ambitions

Please note: We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our London or Copenhagen office and up to 2 days working from home.

Core Responsibilities

  • Designing and evolving the global marketing planning framework aligned with overall business direction.

  • Steering annual marketing planning cycles in close collaboration with product groups, ecosystem channels, and regional marketing teams to deliver a unified go-to-market approach.

  • Managinga team ofexperiencedstrategists and planners

  • Turning market trends, competitive signals, and consumer insights into clear strategic guidance.

  • Defining important metrics and reporting standards together with the Global Marketing Performance team to track impact and support continuous improvement.

  • Championing a culture of curiosity, performance, and innovation across thebroader LEGO marketingorganisation!

  • Setting priorities for budget planning and resource allocation across global marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to build recommendations and enable confident decision-making.
