Responsibilities
Market & Product Alignment. Define and own the regional market roadmap, including priority use cases, feature enhancements, regulatory and technology requirements, and adoption sequencing. Capture voice of customer, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform global product strategy and investment priorities. Partner with Global Product and Strategy teams and Regional Solutions and other matrix teams to ensure solutions are relevant, differentiated and scalable across UK & Europe. Contribute structured input into product roadmap prioritization and innovation.
Solution Consulting & Customer Success. Lead the regional Solutions Consulting and domain expert teams, ensuring high quality solution design and client outcomes. Drive solution adoption, value realization, and long-term client success across key accounts. Ensure consistency in solution standards, methodologies, and delivery excellence aligned to the global operating model. Support complex client engagements by connecting business needs with data, analytics, and technical capabilities.
Commercial Enablement & Growth. Act as a key enabler to Sales and Sales Specialists, strengthening solution positioning, value articulation and pipeline quality. Partner with Sales Leadership to improve pipeline conversion, deal quality and strategic account growth. Provide executive level support on priority opportunities, complex deals and strategic clients. Drive adoption of new and strategic solutions within the regional portfolio.
Leadership & Execution. Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing regional team across product specialists, solution consultants and the broader regional Fraud community. Execute the Solutions and PDLC operating model in-region, ensuring alignment with global standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive disciplined execution, prioritization and performance management across all regional activities. Act as the senior regional representative for Fraud Solutions with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Essential Experience: Strong track‑record in fraud, identity, financial crime or related domains. Strong mix of product understanding, consulting leadership and commercial acumen. Deep knowledge of UK & European regulatory and fraud landscape. Proven leader of high‑performing, client-facing teams. Credible and influential with senior client stakeholders.
