Managing Director – Ealing Borough Based Partnership

Role Overview

Your role will be to lead the development of integrated care in Ealing. This will require building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, including NHS provider executive directors and clinical leads, Ealing local authority leads, West & North London ICB, other health and care commissioners, and patients and public representatives. You will work with all Ealing’s partner organisations to deliver truly integrated care and improved quality, experience and outcomes to the local population as part of our Ealing integrated care partnership.

Responsibilities

• Drive changes to deliver the next stage in the development of our partnership.
• Communicate the aims of integrated working and develop delivery plans to fulfil this vision.
• Lead the development of integrated care in Ealing.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Deliver integrated care and improved quality, experience and outcomes to the local population.
