Job Description:

Salary: Range of £41,900 – £50,862. Commencement on the salary range is subject to comparable skills and experience.

Reporting to: Dr Agnieszka Konopacka (Group Leader, Induced Proximity Therapeutics Group)

Duration of Contract: Fixed Term until 31 December 2027

Hours per week: 35 hours per week, Full Time, Monday to Friday, on site.

Location: Sutton

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute advanced cell‑based drug screening assays
  • Generate high‑quality pharmacological data to guide drug discovery
  • Manage molecular glue compound libraries
  • Collaborate across biology, medicinal chemistry, and oncology teams
