Now is an exciting time to be joining the company as they looking to a Global Head of Payroll to join their growing Belfast team.

The Role:
As the successful Global Head of Payroll, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead global payroll operations
- Manage inhouse payroll providers, acting as senior escalation point for complex issues
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate journals, reconciliations & alignment with forecasting and planning
- Deliver payroll strategy
- Maintain strong controls
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:
The successful Global Head of Payroll will have the following characteristics:
- Extensive experience in international payroll operations
- Background in both in-house and outsourced payroll delivery models
