Head of Consumer Duty & Product Governance – Insurance

The AA is seeking a Head of Consumer Duty & Product Governance based in Basingstoke. This critical role involves leading the strategy for the AA’s Insurance products, including Motor and Home insurance, while ensuring FCA compliance and fair value for customers.
