Senior Policy and Engagement Leader

The Early Education and Childcare Coalition is seeking a Senior Public Affairs professional to lead their policy and public affairs strategy. This role will work closely with the Executive Director and requires significant experience in advocacy, strategic influencing, and relationship-building at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early education and childcare policies, be able to operate in politically sensitive environments, and contribute to meaningful changes in the sector.

This position offers flexible, remote working but requires regular access to Westminster.
