Head of Payroll – Contract Lead in Southampton (Automation)

Venture Recruitment Partners is recruiting for an experienced Head of Payroll to lead their end-to-end payroll function on a contract basis. This senior role will suit a confident payroll leader with strong technical knowledge and a hands‑on approach.

You will oversee payroll delivery, ensure statutory compliance, lead a payroll team, and work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners. The position requires extensive payroll experience and knowledge of payroll legislation.

Based in Southampton, this is a full-time office role for a duration of 2 – 4 months.
