Job DescriptionBecome a Live-in Care Professional with Home Instead Ilkley and start making a difference to peoples lives!Home Instead Ilkley are recruiting wonderful people within the local community to provide 1-2-1 care to our clients, who live within their own homes.We are looking for a Live-in Care Professional to join the Home Instead team.The Role:To commit to living within the clients home for an agreed period of time – usually 2 week on/2 week off.To offer assistance to our client by undertaking their personal care and helping with their tasks such as shopping and household choresTo maintain strict confidentiality of client and company at all timesTo work one on one with the client and have the ability to prioritise tasksTo offer support wherever necessary to ensure the client is well looked afterTo report any issues of concern to the Care Team or Registered Care ManagerTo ensure the level of care is compliant with CQC standards and Home Instead standardsIt is essential that you are a naturally empathetic person.
