Job Description We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of the safe and efficient operation of the client portfolio, acting as an ambassador for both Grosvenor and ISS. Working closely with the client organisation, you will ensure world-class front of house and property management, blending operational excellence with a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Ensure all client, tenant and visitor requests are fulfilled efficiently and exceed expectations Provide a world-class property experience by proactively owning all relevant service elements, including concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events management, mail and logistics, supplier management and workplace support (where applicable) Manage time flexibly and efficiently in line with diaries, schedules and operational needs Proactively represent and showcase ISS Livv products and services through an integrated service approach Build a strong understanding of the client property and provide daily support across a range of property-based tasks Raise maintenance jobs within the system and follow up through to completion Take responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others, in line with ISS Livv and legal requirements Work collaboratively with Front of House and Security teams to deliver a one-team, high-service culture Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Relevant corporate, hospitality or concierge customer service experience Experience working with systems, such as MS Office Front of House and Security or concierge experience Strong knowledge of central London and the local surrounding area Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment Excellent communication and time-management skills Strong customer service focus with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
