**Key Responsibilities**
Deliver professional and attentive food and beverage service in line with brand standards Take ownership of a designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Guide guests through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations on dishes and beverages Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service Set up and maintain tables to the highest presentation standards Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with a personalised approach Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout service Support junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring consistent service delivery Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies and procedures Uphold impeccable standards of grooming, communication and service excellence
