As Bar Host / Hostess, you will be the welcoming face of our bar and lounge, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless arrival experience for our guests. You will play a key role in managing reservations and seating, maintaining the flow of service, and setting the tone for an elegant and engaging guest journey. **Key Responsibilities**
Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined arrival experience Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise service flow and guest experience Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and attention to detail at all times Prepare and maintain the host stand area, ensuring menus and materials are clean and presentable Monitor bar and lounge areas for seating availability, guest comfort, and overall ambience Coordinate with the bar and service teams to support smooth and efficient operations Organise seating for groups and accommodate special guest requests where possible Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and bar areas throughout the shift Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests Ensure all place settings and presentation standards meet brand expectations Uphold all health, safety and company policies and procedures Foster positive relationships with colleagues across departments
