**Key Responsibilities**
Deliver attentive and personalised cocktail and beverage service to guests Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels valued Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams Set up tables and ensure all service areas meet brand standards at all times Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout the shift Support the overall flow of service by working collaboratively with the team Handle guest feedback and requests with a positive, solutionu2011focused approach Ensure compliance with all health, safety and company policies and procedures Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
