As a **Security Officer** , you will play a vital role in safeguarding the wellbeing of our guests, hosts, and property. **Key Responsibilities**
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and property at all times Conduct regular patrols of public areas and backu2011ofu2011house spaces Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and composure Monitor CCTV and security systems, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation when required Support guest interactions with warmth, discretion, and a serviceu2011first approach Enforce access control for restricted areas and ensure compliance with safety procedures Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest experience Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activity Assist with emergency procedures including evacuations, first aid, and crisis response Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
