Job Description:

Delivery Manager | Portfolio Delivery & Supplier Management | Statutory Advisory Body Mid-Digital Transformation

  • Salary: £60,000
  • Contract: 18-24 month fixed-term contract
  • Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days a week in Kings Cross, London
  • Start: June 2026

I’m working with a statutory advisory body that supports leaseholders across England, and they’re partway through a serious digital modernisation. Two senior hires have just landed, and now they need a Delivery Manager to wrap around the rest of the portfolio. The role is fixed-term, 18 to 24 months, sitting inside the digital function and reporting into senior digital leadership.

What They’re Looking For

  • Several years of delivery management or project management experience
  • Track record running multidisciplinary teams through agile ceremonies
  • Supplier procurement and contract management experience
  • Comfortable communicating with board-level stakeholders, able to push back constructively
  • Outcomes-focused, not paperwork-focused
  • Risk management experience

Nice to Haves

  • A mix of private and public sector experience (digital agency, charity, central government department)
  • Charity or NGO exposure

The client is ideally looking for someone with experience working in an SME in the Private sector as well as some form of experience within the public sector in any size public sector company. If you have worked in a large enterprise on the private side, then your experience in the public sector should be in a small company (<50.)

Why Join

This is real digital work in a sector that genuinely affects people: leaseholders trying to navigate extensions, service charges, and the broader leasehold framework. The team is small enough that you can see what your work is actually doing, and the 18-24 month runway means you get to finish the things you start. There’s a proper mix of supplier-side project management and internal facilitation, so you won’t be stuck running the same ceremony in a loop. 35-hour week, sensible hybrid (mostly home, 1-2 days in Kings Cross), and a team that’s already been through enough delivery cycles to know what good looks like.

Employee Benefits

  • £60,000 salary
  • 18-24 month fixed-term contract
  • 35-hour working week
  • Hybrid working, typically 1-2 days a week in Kings Cross
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 10% non-contributory pension
  • One professional subscription paid
  • Training and development support

If this sounds like your kind of role, apply and I’ll give you a call.
