A highly regarded Silver Circle law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join its Manchester team.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of complex Real Estate matters, including:
- Asset management work across a varied property portfolio
- Sales, acquisitions and financings
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Advising clients to protect and progress their commercial interests
- Development transactions, ranging from industrial brownfield site acquisitions through to large-scale town centre regeneration projects
The firm offers:
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
