We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist homecare support for a client with a spinal injury in Colchester. Your Responsibilities
Deliver specialist complex care including:
Autonomic Dysreflexia management
Suprapubic Catheter care & Bladder Washouts
Blood Pressure Monitoring
Non-Invasive BiPAP Ventilation & Cough Assist
Nebulised Medication & Oxygen Saturation Monitoring
Stoma Care (Ileostomy)
Support the client’s emotional wellbeing and daily routines
Promote independence while ensuring safety
Collaborate closely with the clinical and multidisciplinary team
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced in complex clinical care for spinal injury clients
Confident using specialist clinical equipment and managing emergencies
Empathetic, reliable, and proactive
Able to commit to 4 shifts per week, 5pm–9pm
