Psychology Graduates Wanted. If you’re a Psychology graduate who is curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands‑on experience supporting young people, this one’s for you. We’re looking for kind, thoughtful graduates ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Grimsby. You don’t need bags of experience—just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Roles start right away or can begin in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day
- Helping out with interventions and small group work
- Maintaining a calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust
- Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
Qualifications
- A Psychology degree (or a related field)
- A calm, flexible approach—no two days are the same
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with children or adults with SEND, but not essential
- A genuine interest in helping young people thrive
