Childcare Assistants

Childcare Assistants are responsible for the day‑to‑day care of our youngest members. You will need to be a confident, enthusiastic, role model who can inspire and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Ensure the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming for all children.
• Maintain a friendly, calm and approachable nature, and act quickly and effectively when needed.
• Adhere to all company and government policies & procedures.
• Enjoy working in a team and inspire and motivate others.
• Have excellent communication skills and support both staff and members, building relationships with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child‑related field and previous experience working with children. Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification.
