About the Role
Five Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to work 1:1 with a child with Autism in a welcoming school setting in Bath (BA2). This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
You will work closely with school staff to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour, and encourage engagement in learning.
Who This Role Is For
- Individuals from a support worker, care, youth work, or education background
- Candidates with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- People who enjoy working consistently with the same child and building strong relationships
- Prior experience with Autism is ideal but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism
- Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Encourage independence and positive classroom engagement
Pay & Benefits
- £85-£100 per day, depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday

Essential Criteria
- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30
- Right to work in the UK – we CANNOT accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa
- Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years
- Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one
