Production Operative, Filler Operator Arla Foods – Stourton Dairy Green Team

Role Overview

As a Filler Operative, you will be part of a high‑performance team responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality products. You will play a key role in meeting KPI targets and production plans while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction.
• Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Ensure full completion of daily targets, Drive daily KPIs.
• Ensure departmental procedures are followed and records are maintained.
• Contribute to the team reporting and decision‑making process.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, health and safety standards are met and regular audits are conducted.
• Actively promote communication links and good working relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences.
• Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
• Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role.
