Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.– Highly-regarded retail brand (occupier) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MRICS-qualified surveyor to join the property team of a major UK retail business with a nationally recognised store portfolio across the UK & Ireland.
This role would suit an individual with a strong background in lease advisory/landlord & tenant matters and retail estate management who is looking to move into, or further develop within, an in-house environment.
Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded leadership team, you will play a key role in driving value and profitability across a substantial leased portfolio of retail stores.
This is not an acquisition-focused role.
Instead, the position centres on lease negotiations and driving cost-saving exercises.
Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations on Lease renewals, Rent reviews, Regears, Lease restructures Support the delivery of the wider property strategy across the UK & Ireland portfolio Work closely with finance teams to assess store profitability and commercial performance Manage relationships with landlords, agents and external consultants Liaise with legal teams to ensure transactions are completed efficiently Support wider property management and service charge processes Collaborate with internal teams, including shopfitting and operations About You MRICS qualified Ideally 3-5 years PQE Background in retail, commercial property or lease advisory Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Commercially xwzovoh minded with excellent attention to detail Collaborative and team-oriented personality Comfortable operating within a fast-paced retail environment Full UK driving licence required What’s on Offer £70,000-£80,000 basic salary car allowance Discretionary bonus Excellent pension contribution Private healthcare Generous staff discount Hybrid working Strong long-term progression potential Think you could be a great fit?
