This role is critical in closing the gap between day and night operations, ensuring consistent quality oversight during peak production and key handover periods where risk is elevated and senior support is less accessible. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will provide visible, shift-based leadershipensuring compliance, driving standards, and protecting product integrity across both sites.Provide technical leadership during late shift operations, ensuring consistent QA oversight across both sitesDrive robust HACCP implementation, including real-time CCP verification and immediate escalation of any deviationsOversee GMP, hygiene, and environmental monitoring programmes to maintain high site standardsManage incident escalation, investigations, and non-conformance processes to ensure timely resolutionEnsure full compliance with retailer Codes of Practice, internal standards, and audit requirementsThe Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
