Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Worksop, S80£14.22 per hour, paid weeklyTemp to PermVehicle & Fuel Card ProvidedJDR Recruitment Limited are recruiting for a Concretor / Groundsman on behalf of our client, a business specialising in responsive repairs, planned maintenance, disability adaptations, home improvements and void property repairs.This role will involve working primarily on council-owned properties and residential homes across the local area.As a Concreter/Ground Worker your main responsiblities will be:Building access ramps and walkwaysRenewing concrete pathsBuilding access ramps and stepsInstalling handrailsGarden clearances, including removal of sheds and slabsLaying new concrete foundationsGarden fencingGeneral maintenance and groundworks dutiesEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulationsWhat we are looking for:Previous concreting or groundworks experienceFull UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty pointsReliable and hard-working attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis role is an immediate start and is a temp to perm position going permanent with the client after 12 weeks, subject to performance and conduct.Working Hours:7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.Pay Rate:£14.22 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.The role also comes with a Company vehicle and fuel card.HOW TO APPLYTo apply, please click APPLY NOW to submit your CV and a member of our team will be in touch.JDRMansfieldWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
