This role is focused on ensuring the efficient operation of equipment while supporting and developing machine operators to perform at the required standard.You will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence through routine maintenance, training, and close collaboration with production and maintenance teams.Key Responsibilities Operational ExcellenceCarry out routine checks and preventative maintenance on machinery, including bagging machines, ICE printers, multi-head weighers, tray sealers and depositors, in line with the PPM systemSupport machine setup during breakdown situations to ensure quality and commercially viable production runsPerform hygiene checks and cleaning of critical line componentsLiaise with maintenance teams regarding PPM schedules and equipment issuesWork with contractors and suppliers on machinery setup and operational improvementsCoach and guide production colleagues on best practice machine operationEnsure all equipment operates to required performance standardsMaintain accurate records and complete all required documentationHealth & SafetyComply with all company health and safety policies and proceduresFollow strict machine operating procedures at all timesReport any hazards or incidents using the appropriate reporting systemCommunicationEnsure clear communication of production requirements to team membersComplete and distribute production and maintenance records accurately and clearlyAbout You Youll be a practical, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of production environments and machinery. xwzovoh Youll be confident working independently, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.You will receive:Company sick payTransport availablefrom the city centreOpportunity for overtime and overtime bonusesLife assurance coverCritical illness coverHealth and well-being initiativesFree potatoesContinuous trainingFree onsite parkingCareer development opportunities…
