Our client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their commercial M&E team in Liverpool Street! Our client offers valuable career experience, additional training and exposure to additional opportunities internally.
This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant systems, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, carry out relevant compliance tasks, report into the Site Manager and update site logbooks.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive worksAir Handling Units (AHUs)Fan Coil Units (FCUs)Pumps (bearings and mechanical seals)Sprinkler systemsWater treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)Monitoring tap temperaturesChilled water systemsGeneral plumbing dutiesGeneratorsPressurisation unitsBasic BMS operationRequirements:Qualified in a Mechanical related subject (Level 2 minimum, C&G / EAL / NVQ or higher)At least 3 years’ experience within commercial maintenanceGood xwzovoh commercial M&E plant experience and knowledgeClient facing experience
