We are recruiting talented Chef de Parties to join a prestigious, high-end corporate dining operation based in Canary Wharf. This is a rare opportunity to deliver Michelin-level food within a structured, Monday-to-Friday environment – offering true work-life balance.

About the RoleWorking within luxury client and conference centres, you will support the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences – from refined meeting catering through to high-profile events for up to 500 guests .You’ll collaborate with experienced Executive Chefs and a highly skilled brigade , producing food to fine-dining and Michelin standards in a professional, innovative, and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRun your kitchen section from preparation through to serviceDeliver premium, fine-dining dishes with precision, consistency, and creativityMaintain 5-star hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards at all timesManage stock efficiently, minimise waste, and ensure accurate orderingPerform under pressure during busy service and high-end eventsSupport and mentor junior chefs, maintaining strong brigade standardsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end kitchens (Michelin / 5-star hotels / premium events)Strong technical cooking ability and attention to detailProfessional, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for food and continuous developmentStrong team player with excellent communication skillsRelevant culinary qualifications (NVQ xwzovoh or equivalent) preferredInterest in sustainability and reducing food wasteWhat’s on OfferMonday to Friday schedule – no late nights or weekends40 hours per week with consistent bookingsOpportunity to work in a prestigious fine-dining environmentCompetitive hourly ratesOngoing, stable work with the potential for long-term placementExposure to a high-calibre culinary team and large-scale eventsIf you’re a passionate Chef de Partie looking for stability, balance, and the chance to cook at an exceptional level , we’d love to hear from you….
