Location: Avonmouth, Bristol Salary: £27,279 + OTE approx. £32,735 Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours (9 – 5 pm / 8 – 4 pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving outbound sales – high‑volume calling to generate new business and convert warm leads.Handling inbound enquiries – turning customer requests into confirmed sales.Building a strong pipeline – managing smaller opportunities with disciplined follow‑up.Delivering great service – clear pricing, accurate info, smooth customer journeys.Keeping CRM up to date – logging calls, tracking leads, recording conversions.Spotting upsell opportunities – recommending additional services where relevant.
