Join a team that is literally powering the UK’s future.About the Electrician Role and what you will be doing:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our expanding Power Systems / ICP department.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will carry out essential electrical works for various clients, undertaking Independent Connection Provider (ICP) connection works and after-the-meter installations.About the Role and what you will be doing:Carry out installations in accordance with project Designs and current IEE regulationsInstallation of HV/LV earthingInstallation and Termination of LV feeder cablesInstallation of steel Trunking, Conduit and other Containment systemsWiring of Lighting, Small Power and Essential CircuitsDNO/IDNO authorisations to work within secondary 11Kv substationsInstall metering control cables as requiredNotifying Supervisor of any on site specific riskComplete Daily Risk Assessments and follow company Method Statements / Generic Risk assessmentsLiaising with Line Managers and Clients to complete projects in a timely fashion, and to the highest standardKeeping all Plant and Equipment in good working order including storageSubmit Plant, Access equipment and Test instruments at the recommended intervals for inspectionEnsure safety of IQA personnel, other workers on site and members of the PublicIn order to be successful in this role you must have:Previous experience as a DNO network authorised electrician, is preferable.18th Edition Wiring Regulations EssentialTraining will be provided if further DNO/ IDNO/ Manufacturer Authorisations as required.First Aid CertificateECS/CSCS CertificateFull UK Driving LicenseIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on APPLY today! xwzovoh No agencies please….
